Snetterton, England –
Evans GP has rounded off another positive day of pre-season action at Snetterton Circuit. #37
driver Cooper Webster and Team Owner Joshua Evans give their thoughts on today’s running.
After a successful shakedown last week in Donington Park with Australian S5000 winner, Cooper
Webster, Evans GP had another positive day of pre-season testing at Snetterton Circuit. Despite the
mixed conditions, the team was able to gain valuable track time and a better understanding of the
Pirelli GB4 tyres.
Webster was upbeat about the day’s running, although much of it was held in mixed conditions.
“Testing involved a lot of wet-weather driving today,” he explained, “not a lot of dry-weather
driving.

“But we still went out every session and got as many laps as I could, which I think is still really
important for my speed in this car, including in the wet – which we might have a lot of races of this
year. So I think today went decently well, considering the weather.”
Team Owner Joshua Evans was similarly positive. “Another good day,” Evans said. “Plenty of laps this
time, with the longer sessions and less red flags, so that was really good for the team and Cooper, to
get a better idea and understanding of the tyres.”

“[Snetterton is] a new track for the team, and also for Cooper,” Evans added. “It’s been another
positive day, and we’re looking forward to rolling into race week at Oulton Park!”
